Cusco, Lima, Machu Picchu are some of the Peruvian cities that the Fall Semester Program students will visit during this week as part of a closing trip for their program. The Fall Semester Programs started in the beginning of September.
In Cusco the students will see beautiful places including the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Pucapucara, Tambomachay, and the Aguanacancha center. They will also be able to see South American camelids, llamas, alpacas, the Pisac Ruins, the Valle Sagrado, Ollantaytambo, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu.
In Lima they will have a city tour in which they will visit the Parque del Amor, the Plaza de Armas, the Catedral San Francisco, the Catacumbas and the Parque de las Fuentes.
During their stay in Ecuador the students will continue their university studies and at the same time they will participate in extracurricular activities including lectures, workshops, visits to touristic places and more. The main objective is that the students learn about Latin American culture in a global way.
After the trip to Peru, the Fall Semester students will return to the United States where some will be graduating and others will continue with their studies at their home campuses.
